116dbbdc87 Test NULL binding (#25) 
This tests binding an SQL NULL value by passing in an 'undefined' atom
in Erlang in  place of an SQL NULL. It also verifies that the returned NULL
is mapped to 'undefined' when returned via a query.

225ac60cf4 Add map/4, foreach/4 with query parameters (#67) 
- Function signatures wrt the non-parameterized forms are analogous to `q/2`,
  `q/3`.

This allows the nif to link against the system's SQLite database.
Useful when you need to share the database with other

cb28380fc4 Update version. 
The rebar and hex.pm versions have diverged at some point in the
last two years, so i bumped to 0.2.5 to get them to the same
number.
